The main window contains (or better: will contain) the result of the analysis, the dielectric function:
As mentioned in the introduction, you have to import a reflectance and a transmittance spectrum and define the thickness.
The reflectance spectrum is accessed by the R menu item which opens a separate window where the reflectance spectrum can be imported and viewed.
