This file contains the logical sequence of deposition devices and bright eye stations. The demo product has the followingn settings:

BE1
DD1

This means we start with deposition device DD0, followed by bright eye BE1. Then DD1 does the next deposition step which is monitored by BE2, and so on. For each object in this list there must be a corresponding subfolder with exactly the same name.
