Computes the data of the main window by the difference of 1 and the sum of the C1 and C2 data. This can be used to compute the absorption of radiation in a sample if you have measured transmittance and reflectance. Put the reflectance data into subwindow C1, the transmittance into C2 and get the absorbed fraction into the main window.
