This program analyzes recorded inline spectra. In most cases single transmittance measurements are performed, but this is not a requirement – reflectance spectra or even sets of several spectra can be processed, too.

Taking a transmittance spectrum after each important functional layer, enough information is gathered to determine all film thicknesses of the coating. Bright_eye_inline.exe is supposed to work in the background – if displayed it looks like this:

 

 

When the Online button to the right is switched on (its color is the designated online color) the program scans all directories for inline measurements for new data. If a new spectrum is found, it is analyzed and the results are stored in an appropriate folder of the BREIN database.
