Hardware: Grating spectrometers, fiber optics, sample holder

For optical spectroscopy in the visible we offer grating spectrometers equipped with CCD- or Diode-arrays. These can be combined with our spectrum analysis tools to form easy-to-use units for your specific spectroscopic problems.

A typical setup for thin film analysis is sketched in the following. The system simultaneously records reflectance and transmittance of the same sample spot:
