| Our products can be classified roughly as follows: | |
| Spectrum simulation programs | Here we offer a collection of programs to generate simulated optical spectra, either for comparison to experimentally obtained spectra with parameter fitting, to solve design problems or investigate principle questions arising in the field of optics |
| Spectroscopic tools | This group of products includes programs that analyze optical spectra without simulation methods, that acquire optical spectra by controlling spectrometers or that give access to databases of 'optical data'. |
| Data handling tools | We also offer some specialized 'data handling' programs which were developed for our work but which may also be useful for other people. |
| Hardware | In addition to the software developed by our company we distribute grating spectrometers for the visible spectral range (equipped with CCD or photodiode arrays for rapid data acquisition). In combination with fiber optics and the SCOUT_98 software package these form complete solutions for optical analysis of layer stacks, e.g. for thin film deposition control. |
